The firm is led by three directors, who combined have more than six decades’ experience in corporate communications, public affairs, marketing communications and journalism.


Genevieve Mills

Group Adviser

Genevieve is a senior communications professional with more than a decade’s experience delivering results to clients in Australia, Asia and the UK.

Genevieve specialises in corporate profiling, media relations, issues management, investor communications, stakeholder engagement, business-to-business and internal communications.

Genevieve’s consultancy experience has seen her work for London-based financial public relations agency, Moorgate Group, Baldwin Boyle Shand in Singapore, and Haystac in Melbourne.

Nathan Clarke

Senior Adviser

Nathan is a Senior Adviser in Six O’Clock’s Melbourne office. He provides communication counsel to a portfolio of clients within the commercial property, financial services, capital markets and sport sectors.

Nathan has built strong credentials in public policy, communication and stakeholder engagement, having led the government relations and corporate affairs functions for a national peak body in the health sector and served as a political adviser for a Federal Government minister.

Nathan began his career at a leading information technology developer after completing degrees in economics and international relations at Lancaster and Latrobe universities.

Jessica Brophy

Senior Adviser

Jess is a well-rounded communication professional with strong media relations skills and networks, and impressive digital and social media capability.

Jess cut her teeth working in highly-regarded PR and communication agencies before moving up the ranks and establishing a strong reputation as a strategic and diligent consultant.

Jess’ judgement on the appropriate communication mix has seen her deliver over the years a range of impressive, integrated programs for a host of clients in the FMCG, corporate, not-for- profit and government sectors. Jess appreciates the importance of precise execution in achieving great results.



Mitchell Hunt

Senior Adviser

Mitchell cut his teeth as a graduate working across regional, rural and agriculture clients a decade ago and has since served as a consultant in New South Wales and the United Kingdom.

With a nose for a good story, Mitchell has since worked with technology, consumer tech, automotive and consumer lifestyle brands, bringing to life campaigns and programs that resonate with media and consumers alike.

At Six O’Clock, Mitchell is responsible for content strategy, development and seeding across traditional and social media and communications and event management counsel.


Yumeko Leung

Senior Adviser

Yumeko is a skilled communication consultant who has managed a range of programs for clients in the non-profit, finance, healthcare, lifestyle, higher education and property sectors.

With experience working both in-house and as a consultant, Yumeko blends impressive efficiency with great attention to detail, a combination that delivers outstanding results. Yumeko delivers corporate and consumer communication campaigns, develops thought-leadership content and advises on stakeholder engagement programs. She also leads corporate social media execution and editorial media outreach.

Recently, Yumeko worked on the communication response and advice to executives on contentious issues in the aged care and essential services industries.

Serrin Dewar

Brand Specialist

Serrin is a highly respected and experienced brand strategist and marketing communication consultant.

For two decades, Serrin has developed and led a long list of successful and award-winning marketing communication campaigns for FMCG, retail, education, utility and essential services clients.

At Six O’Clock, Serrin works as a brand specialist, helping ensure our  communication plans connect with business and brand strategy.

Her seasoned hand is forever refreshed by her creative flair and strategic nous, which complements the firm’s PR capability extremely well.

Ellen Donald


Ellen is a dedicated communications professional with a keen interest in developing multi-channel strategies that deliver strong client results.

With a background in behavioural change communications, Ellen’s approach to public relations considers the interplay between internal and external relations to achieve positive and measurable outcomes.

Most recently, Ellen has worked on health, defence, sport and transport campaigns for the government and not-for-profit sectors.

Madeleine McEncroe

Account Coordinator

Madeleine is an Account Coordinator at Six O’Clock Advisory, providing media relations and social media support across a range of clients, and assisting senior team members with strategy execution.

Prior to Six O’Clock, Madi worked with a number of consumer and corporate consultancies in Melbourne, honing her skills across digital media, marketing communications and media liaison. Madi graduated from RMIT in 2017 with a Bachelor of Professional Communications.

Jessica is a dynamic communications professional who draws on a strategic and creative mindset to breakdown complex information, develop purposeful content, and build strong relationships.

With experience in corporate communications, issues management, media relations, digital marketing, and content strategy, Jessica blends her contemporary expertise with a traditional, considered approach to deliver strong client outcomes.

Prior to joining Six O’Clock, Jessica led a high-performing communications team within the tertiary education sector and successfully managed communications strategies for a range of corporate issues.
