The firm is led by three directors, who combined have more than six decades’ experience in corporate communications, public affairs, marketing communications and journalism.


Genevieve Mills

Group Adviser

Genevieve is a senior communications professional with more than a decade’s experience delivering results to clients in Australia, Asia and the UK.

Genevieve specialises in corporate profiling, media relations, issues management, investor communications, stakeholder engagement, business-to-business and internal communications.

Genevieve’s consultancy experience has seen her work for London-based financial public relations agency, Moorgate Group, Baldwin Boyle Shand in Singapore, and Haystac in Melbourne.

Nathan Clarke

Group Adviser

Nathan is a Group Adviser in Six O’Clock’s Melbourne office. He provides communication counsel to a portfolio of clients within the commercial property, financial services, capital markets and sport sectors.

Nathan has built strong credentials in public policy, communication and stakeholder engagement, having led the government relations and corporate affairs functions for a national peak body in the health sector and served as a political adviser for a Federal Government minister.

Nathan began his career at a leading information technology developer after completing degrees in economics and international relations at Lancaster and Latrobe universities.

Jessica Hales

Senior Adviser

Jessica is a dynamic communications professional who draws on a strategic and creative mindset to breakdown complex information, develop purposeful content, and build strong relationships.

With experience in corporate communications, internal communications, staff engagement, issues management, media relations, and content strategy, Jessica blends her contemporary expertise with a traditional, considered approach to deliver strong client outcomes.

Prior to joining Six O’Clock, Jessica led a high-performing communications team within the tertiary education sector and successfully managed communications strategies for a range of corporate issues.

Ellen Donald


Ellen is a dedicated communications professional with a keen interest in developing multi-channel strategies that deliver strong client results.

With a background in behavioural change communications, Ellen’s approach to public relations considers the interplay between internal and external relations to achieve positive and measurable outcomes.

Prior to joining Six O’Clock, Ellen worked on health, defence, sport and transport campaigns for the government and not-for-profit sectors.

Olivia Bilson

Account Executive

Olivia Bilson is a motivated millennial passionate about executing vibrant and engaging communications across multiple channels.

With more than two years’ experience in media relations and ambassador management for the hospitality and technology industries, Olivia enjoys working closely with clients to understand their needs and connect the right audiences with their message.

Olivia recently graduated from the University of Melbourne, where she studied a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in media and communications, and politics and international studies.

Nadia von Bertouch

Account Coordinator

Nadia von Bertouch writes words and kicks goals. When the trained journalist isn’t hitting her straps at Six O’Clock, she’s strapping her boots for the St Kilda Football Club in the AFLW.

Hailing from Adelaide where she completed an Adelaide Uni journalism degree and Bachelor of Arts in international relations and affairs, Nadia has moved to Melbourne to fulfill her professional communication prowess and sporting skill.

Nadia is contributing to a range of briefs at Six O’Clock that require behavioral change communication, community engagement and compelling content.



Sonia Bosnar

Business Manager

With extensive experience in office administration and business management, and a strong understanding of the communications and marketing sectors, Sonia keeps Six O’Clock’s back office ticking.

Prior to joining the firm, Sonia managed the office and administration functions of the Australian arm of a leading multinational 3D technology company, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the local team and providing executive support to the Managing Director.

Earlier in her career, she held office administration roles with Melbourne Water, and with Australian Unity where she went on to lead the marketing services function with responsibility for driving the organisation’s brand strategy – working closely with a host of agencies across the creative, communications and media buying spheres.

Sonia studied business and marketing at RMIT.

Lauren Zammit

Special Adviser

Lauren is a senior communication consultant and highly regarded agency leader with 13 years’ experience and success in strategic communication, senior client counsel and agency management.

Passionate about the power of communication in driving client business performance, Lauren has helped advance and protect the reputations of large organisations and government entities, multi-national brands and big-ticket events across a range of sectors including property, retail, logistics, financial services, agriculture, FMCG, sport, arts/culture and lifestyle.

Advising c-suite executives and senior government representatives over the years, she has a proven track record in strategic communication planning and execution, managing complex stakeholder engagement projects and in issues and crisis management.
