Covering a range of industry sectors, Six O’Clock is engaged by large, multi-national businesses, small and medium local enterprises, government agencies and departments and non-profit organisations to carry out communications services and provide strategic counsel.

The firm is led by three directors, who combined have more than six decades’ experience in corporate communications, public affairs, marketing communications and journalism.


Nathan Clarke

Group Adviser

Nathan is a Group Adviser in Six O’Clock’s Melbourne office. He provides communication counsel to a portfolio of clients within the commercial property, financial services, capital markets and sport sectors.

Nathan has built strong credentials in public policy, communication and stakeholder engagement, having led the government relations and corporate affairs functions for a national peak body in the health sector and served as a political adviser for a Federal Government minister.

Nathan began his career at a leading information technology developer after completing degrees in economics and international relations at Lancaster and Latrobe universities.

Ellen Donald

Senior Adviser

Ellen is a dynamic communications professional with a proven track-record in developing multi-channel strategies that deliver strong client results.

With a background in behavioural change communications, Ellen develops sound strategic communication plans and ensures precision tactical execution. She has a nose for a good story, a strong editorial media network and is a trained podcaster. Ellen is one of Six O’Clock’s video editors and has particular strength in digital and social media channel delivery.

Prior to joining Six O’Clock, Ellen worked on health, defence, sport and transport campaigns for the government and not-for-profit sectors.

Simon Watson


Simon is an Adviser in Six O’Clock’s Melbourne office. His experience spans media, government affairs, issues, and campaign management.

Over his career, Simon has worked across several key economic sectors, including infrastructure, law enforcement, immigration, rural and regional, and multicultural affairs.

Simon was most recently a Media Adviser to a federal Cabinet Minister, and before that with the Victorian Opposition Leader. Prior to this, he worked in American politics.

Simon has a degree in Political Science from Shasta College, California.

Sam Sinclair


Sam is a driven communication professional with expertise in financial communication and investor relations.

With experience in both building and delivering strategies, Sam helps organisations take a multi-channel approach to their storytelling – he has skills in digital content creation and strong media relationships. Over the years, Sam’s work has helped raise the profile of companies across Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

Prior to Six O’Clock, Sam provided investor relations and financial communication counsel to some of Australia’s most innovative ASX-listed technology, biopharma and life sciences companies. He also served on the Board of IABC Victoria.

Natalie Hasapaki


Natalie is a consultant in Six O’Clock’s Melbourne office providing strategic direction and tactical implementation as a corporate communication specialist.

With over six years’ experience in agency working with clients across the financial and professional services sectors, Natalie has a keen eye for identifying news stories and developing content that achieves cut through.

Natalie is a strong operator, with extensive experience developing and executing national and targeted campaigns for clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication majoring in Social Inquiry from the University of Technology Sydney.

Georgie Manifold

Account Coordinator

A skilled writer with a keen eye for detail, Georgie’s eagerness to learn, and ability to understand and execute on any brief, made her stand out throughout her internship with Six O’Clock.

Hailing from Western Victoria, Georgie has a particular interest in regional affairs and is expanding an interest in business to business and investor relations. Georgie has a proven ability help coordinate impactful corporate events, and is quickly developing her capability in video and podcast editing.

Georgie is currently an undergraduate of RMIT’s School of Media and Communications and is working in a job-share arrangement as part of Six O’Clock’s formal alliance with RMIT.

Lauren Di Pietro

Account Coordinator

As an enthusiastic communicator with a deep knowledge of the media and social media landscape, Lauren has fast developed a passion for media relations since starting at Six O’Clock.

With a flair for event coordination, Lauren enjoys bringing projects to life by working with suppliers, managing digital and social content production, providing on-the-ground support and delivering on media engagement.

Lauren is currently an undergraduate of RMIT’s School of Media and Communications and is working in a job-share arrangement as part of Six O’Clock’s formal alliance with RMIT.

Sonia Bosnar

Business Manager

With extensive experience in office administration and business management, and a strong understanding of the communications and marketing sectors, Sonia keeps Six O’Clock’s back office ticking.

Prior to joining the firm, Sonia managed the office and administration functions of the Australian arm of a leading multinational 3D technology company, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the local team and providing executive support to the Managing Director.

Earlier in her career, she held office administration roles with Melbourne Water, and with Australian Unity where she went on to lead the marketing services function with responsibility for driving the organisation’s brand strategy – working closely with a host of agencies across the creative, communications and media buying spheres.

Sonia studied business and marketing at RMIT.
