The firm is led by three directors, who combined have more than six decades’ experience in corporate communications, public affairs, marketing communications and journalism.


Genevieve Mills

Group Adviser

Genevieve is a senior communications professional with more than a decade’s experience delivering results to clients in Australia, Asia and the UK.

Genevieve specialises in corporate profiling, media relations, issues management, investor communications, stakeholder engagement, business-to-business and internal communications.

Genevieve’s consultancy experience has seen her work for London-based financial public relations agency, Moorgate Group, Baldwin Boyle Shand in Singapore, and Haystac in Melbourne.

Nathan Clarke

Group Adviser

Nathan is a Group Adviser in Six O’Clock’s Melbourne office. He provides communication counsel to a portfolio of clients within the commercial property, financial services, capital markets and sport sectors.

Nathan has built strong credentials in public policy, communication and stakeholder engagement, having led the government relations and corporate affairs functions for a national peak body in the health sector and served as a political adviser for a Federal Government minister.

Nathan began his career at a leading information technology developer after completing degrees in economics and international relations at Lancaster and Latrobe universities.

Ellen Donald

Senior Adviser

Ellen is a dynamic communications professional with a proven track-record in developing multi-channel strategies that deliver strong client results.

With a background in behavioural change communications, Ellen develops sound strategic communication plans and ensures precision tactical execution. She has a nose for a good story, a strong editorial media network and is a trained podcaster. Ellen is one of Six O’Clock’s video editors and has particular strength in digital and social media channel delivery.

Prior to joining Six O’Clock, Ellen worked on health, defence, sport and transport campaigns for the government and not-for-profit sectors.

Olivia Bilson


Olivia Bilson is a motivated millennial passionate about executing vibrant and engaging communications across multiple channels.

With more than two years’ experience in media relations and ambassador management for the hospitality and technology industries, Olivia enjoys working closely with clients to understand their needs and connect the right audiences with their message.

Olivia recently graduated from the University of Melbourne, where she studied a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in media and communications, and politics and international studies.

Erica Robinson


Erica is a communication professional inspired by the power reputation can have on organisations and individuals.

With experience in media relations, stakeholder engagement, event management and content development and strategy, Erica is adept at translating complex information into compelling communication.

Having led media relations and corporate communication initiatives for some of the nation’s largest sporting and entertainment events, Erica is a results-oriented practitioner with a creative mindset.

She holds a Bachelor in Environments from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Business, Marketing, from RMIT University.

Mitchell Hunt

Special Adviser

Mitchell cut his teeth in communications a decade ago working as a graduate for regional commercial and agricultural sector clients.

He came full circle in 2016 when he began leading Six O’Clock’s Local Influencer & Engagement Program for a top tier bank, going on to do same for other blue chip clients thereafter.

In between, Mitch spent time consulting in the London and Sydney, working for global automobile, consumer technology and finance brands.

With a nose for a good story and insatiable appetite for current affairs, Mitch offers a valuable balance of editorial news generation and social media profiling, always ensuring client communication outcomes complement business strategy and enhance reputation.

Georgie Pilcher

Special Adviser

Georgie’s perhaps best described as a contemporary communication all-rounder, joining Six O’Clock as a Special Adviser on key accounts.

Providing writing flare and social media community management expertise, Georgie’s journalistic credentials are an asset for any campaign. Working with great efficiency and accuracy, Georgie is also able to quickly establish client trust and respect by delivering results with a great manner and approach.

Georgie was with NewsCorp Australia as a journalist and deputy chief of staff for four years from 2007 before heading up social media at the World Economic Forum for two years. Since, she’s worked as a senior consultant for a range of government and commercial clients.

Sonia Bosnar

Business Manager

With extensive experience in office administration and business management, and a strong understanding of the communications and marketing sectors, Sonia keeps Six O’Clock’s back office ticking.

Prior to joining the firm, Sonia managed the office and administration functions of the Australian arm of a leading multinational 3D technology company, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the local team and providing executive support to the Managing Director.

Earlier in her career, she held office administration roles with Melbourne Water, and with Australian Unity where she went on to lead the marketing services function with responsibility for driving the organisation’s brand strategy – working closely with a host of agencies across the creative, communications and media buying spheres.

Sonia studied business and marketing at RMIT.
